Medical, Dental, Vision & More!

Full-time employees who have satisfied the initial 60-day waiting period are eligible to enroll in benefits. Benefit plans include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance. We also have virtual care through Teledoc!

Paid Time Off

Full-time employees are eligible for 3 weeks of paid time off per anniversary year as well as an extra Birthday Day off to take during their birthday month.

Retirement

Eligible full-time employees may enroll in the 401k Plan after 6 months of employment. Scout Design Studio matches 100% of employee contributions up to 3% of their compensation, then 50% matching contribution of the next 2% of contributions.

Employee Discount

Scout Design Studio is happy to offer employee discounts! The discount is available starting on the employee's first day of employment. Employees receive a 15% discount on custom furniture and 30% off Scout label and vintage pieces.
